How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We want your chocolates and treats to arrive in perfect condition. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order. Our cookies, truffles, and brownies are prepared the day they are shipped so please allow time for us to carefully fulfill your order. Orders placed after 11am CST on Wednesdays will be held until the following Monday unless expedited shipping is requested.

The following rates apply to standard addresses in the contiguous United States only. please note that shipping larger orders may incur additional costs, please contact us for custom shipping quote. if ordering favors with a wedding cake you do not need to pay an additional delivery fee. we also offer courier services, please contact us for a custom quote.

Holiday Shipping Schedules

To ensure arrival in time for each holiday, please place your order by 11am CST on the following dates:

PICKUP AND COURIER OPTIONS:

Items with this icon are available for pickup or courier service monday throught friday. All orders must be placed by 11am for SAME day pick up or delivery between 1p - 3p. Orders placed after 11am will be available for NEXT day pick up or delivery. pick up hours are 9am - 3pm.

We want our chocolates and treats to arrive in perfect condition. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order:

During the warmer months, from May 15th – September 30th, all orders for products with this icon will require cooling materials for an additional $10.00. All shipping destinations outside IL, IN, MI, WI, and IA will require 2-day shipping.

Please double-check your shipping information before you submit your order. A $12.00 fee will be assessed on all packages that require minor address corrections.

FedEx cannot process major address changes (e.g., different city, different state) after the order has been shipped. These orders will be returned to cake at a cost to the customer. FedEx delivers to commercial addresses Monday - Friday, unless Saturday delivery is specified and available. And residential addresses Tuesday - Saturday.  If you have an arrangement with your delivery driver for them to leave packages without a signature, then they will do so. if not then please indicate in the the order instructions box. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm.
